Hallo,
undzwar habe ich letzens bei meinem Mac das Problem gehabt das er beim hochfahren immer nur einen Ordner mit Fragezeichen angezeigt hat und das der Akku einfach nach 6Jahren einfach hinüber war.

Daraufhin wurde mir gesagt das ich das FlexKabel tauschen solle da dieses wohl einen Wackelkontakt haben sollte da ich das Problem ab und zu durch öffnen und Festplatte neu Einbauen beheben konnte.

Das habe ich dann getan desweiteren habe ich das Akku gleich mit getauscht doch seit dem ist der MAC sehr langsam selbst wenn nur der Browser offen ist hängt er sich ab und zu auf und zeig manchmal dabei sogar diesen Punten Kreis. CPU auch kaum Ausgelastet.

Habe bereits versuch denn Mac neu Aufzusetzen ohne erfolg.

Verbaut ist eine 500GB HDD und 8GB RAM was aber voher auch keine probleme gemacht hat

hat einer lösungsmöglichkeiten ?.

Hattest du diese beiden Programme erst nach dem erscheinen des Beachballs installiert oder waren die schon vorher drauf?

Jedenfalls: Mach das Zeug weg. MacKeeper ist übelste Gruselsoftware die auf keinen Rechner gehört. Und CleanMyMac ist unnötig.

ehm semtliche Hilfssoftware hab ich erst draufgeladen durch videos die sagten das hilft somit die probleme waren davor schon vorhanden

Dann trotzdem weg damit. Und ich denke, es könnte die Platte oder das Festplattenkabel sein.

Naja ich hätte beides ausgeschlossen da die Flatte voher auch einwandfrei Funktioniert hat und das Flexkabel durch ein neues ersetzt wurde.

Keines der beiden Tools beseitigt Probleme, ganz im Gegenteil, sie schaffen erst welche.
Das Kabel hast du ja gewechselt, dennoch tauchen CRC Fehler im smartbericht auf ( meist ein Indiz für kabelfehler.
Und der etrecheck Report dauerte um einiges zu lange, des weiteren frisst Opera Ressourcen und so ganz kann ich auch nicht glauben, das etrecheck alles anzeigt, was installiert ist, bist du als Admin oder als standardnutzer unterwegs?

Poste mal die vollständigen SMART-Werte. Auf dem Screenshot sieht man schon 727 CRC Errors. Das ist ein Hinweis auf einen Defekt.

EDIT: Huch, überlappt.
