Texshop crasht

Hallo!

Am Macbook arbeite ich hauptsächlich mit Texshop und jetzt ist es mir innerhalb von zwei Monaten zum dritten mal passiert, das Texshop abgeschmiert ist. Es war immer bei einer Situation mit markiertem Textblock und dem darauf folgenden Mausklick. Ich habe OS-X und Texshop bereits neu aufgesetzt, leider hat sich das Phänomen wieder eingestellt.

Was ich ungewöhnlich finde ist, dass ein Editor abstürzt, ohne eine Sicherung der Datei zu erstellen, ist leider aber so. Ich bin nun doch einigermaßen verunsichert und würde mich über Lösungsideen freuen, ich selbt habe keine mehr. Ich habe schon einige Latex-Umgebungen ausprobiert, ich möchte unbedingt bei Texshop bleiben.

Wird beim Crash ein Logfile erstellt? Inhalt? Es muss ja nicht unbedingt an Texshop liegen.

Auf die Schnelle kann ich keine Logdatei finden, sollte die im Benutzerordner liegen? Allerdings wurde ein automatischer Fehlerbericht generiert, den ich an Apple abgeschickt habe.
