Ich kenne bis auf Growl keines der Programme, die du beim Start öffnen lässt. Doch du könntest sie mal alle deaktivieren und sehen ob sich der Start beschleunigt. Growl ist ein Störprogramm, das öfter zu Problemen führt, aber so lange du keine hast …
Wenn du deinen Mac täglich nutzt, versetze ihn doch in den Ruhezustand, statt ihn immer wieder neu zu starten, dann ist er schnell wieder arbeitsfähig.
Du kannst auch mal in der Konsole (Programme /Dienstprogramme) nachlesen, was da zum Startzeitpunkt unter "Allgemeine Meldungen" aufgezeichnet ist. Vielleicht sind es irgendwelche Launch-Daemons oder Launch-Agents, die bremsen. Solche liegen in den so genannten Ordnern in Library oder ~/Librar).
Wenn du einen eigenen Schreibtischhintergrund hast, dann dauert das Laden auch länger als mit einem Apple-Bild.
Manchmal hilft es auch, mit der Alt-Taste zu starten und das Startvolumen noch einmal fest zu legen. Oder du kickst in den Systemeinstellungen auf Startvolumen.

Wie salome schon sagt, Startvolumen noch mal neu einstellen, Blick in die Konsole werfen, ob neben deinen Startobjekten noch anderes mitstartet und eventl zicj´kt, auf jeden Fall sollte man dort näheres sehen.
Ansonsten, in die Luft geschossen, sind bekannte Verzögerer, Parallels oder auch andere Virtualisierungsprogramme, angeschlossene externe Geräte (auch manchmal in Verbindung mit Timemachine), NTFS Treiber wie Macfuse/NTFS 3G oder Paragon), fehlerhafte Netzwerkeinstellungen, Antivirentools, häufiges Nutzen von Systemverschlimmbesserungstools, wie Onyx(die an System herumpfuschen und neben einem iPlaceboeffekt oftmals bei Fehlfunktionen mehr Schaden einfahren als das sie Nutzen bringen) und häufig auch in den erwähnten LaunchService abgelegte nachinstallierte kleine Helferlein, z.B. auch der Liste deiner sichtbaren Startobjekte wäre das z.B. BetterTouch). zu Growl hat salome ja schon etwas gesagt, auch Growl ist nicht gerade bekannt dafür ein fehlerfreies Tool zu sein.
Aber schaue in die LogDateien oder poste hier die Ausgabe zum Start, so sind das nur Schüsse ins Blaue hinein.

Was sind LaunchAgents und LaunchDaeomons? Nur, damit ich schon mal weiß, was ich da machen?
Bei dem Agent von Google handelt es sich wohl um den Softwareupdater, der mit Google Earth installiert wird (den habe ich schon aus dem Application Support entfernt, und gerade bei com.google.keystone.agent den Wert "Run at Load" auf false gestellt.

Wo kann ich denn generell Items finden, die versteckt beim Start mitgeladen werden?

Parallels verzögert scheinbar.
Die mitgestarteten Prozesse, die du nachträglich installiert hast, findest du in
/Library/LauchAgents, bzw. LaunchDaemons oder eben in diesen Ordnern in den Benutzer Librarys.
Dir würde ich nochmal empfehlen, da zwischen dem einschalten und einladen von Parallels sehr viel Zeit vergeht, die nicht protokolliert wird, ob man da event. mehr sieht, wenn du in den VerboseMode startest (Apfel+V beim Start gedrückt halten), dann wird dir alles abgearbeitete auf dem Desktop gezeigt.

Leider nicht, dort funktionieren keine Screenshots, aber du kannst mitlesen/schreiben, bei der langen Verzögerung sollte das möglich sein(hoffe ich) diese Verzögerung mehr als 20 Sek ist ungewöhnlich.

So, ich habe hier noch mal ein Bild von vorhin.

Das Problem war, dass mein MacBook auf einmal unter dem Apfel & dem drehenden Laderad, noch einen Ladebalken angezeigt hat. Und nach 2 Min habe ich das Book durch lang Drücken auf On/Off, ausgeschaltet, dann noch mal das Gleiche & beim dritten Versuch habe ich dann noch mal mitloggen lassen.

Zwei Zeilen wundern mich da sehr, aber schaut mal selbst.
Wäre toll, wenn mir da Jemand helfen könne!

Hast du ein Backup?
Dass der B-Tree neu gebildet wird, ist nicht ungewöhnlich, ich meine, das geschieht immer wenn die Festplatte repariert wird.
Die andere Meldung : kann nicht repariert werden, ist bedenklich.
Hoffentlich hast du ein Backup. Oder du kannst sofort eines erstellen.
Schaut so aus, also ob sich die Platte verabschieden würde.
Starte von der Install DVD und versuche noch Mal das Volumen zu reparieren.
Hoffentlich gelingt das.
