Habe das gleiche Problem. Der Ordner iPod Photo Cache taucht jedesmal auf meinem Desktop auf, wenn ich das iPhone andocke. Obwohl ich die Bildsynchronisation abgeschaltet habe, kommt der Ordner jedes Mal wieder. Was kann man da machen?
