Häufige Abstürze - Macbook Air

Hey Freunde...

ich machs mal kurz. Mein Macbook Air (13' 2011) stürzt oft ab. Es kommt dann dieser runde Kreis, in dem auf allen Sprachen steht: "bitte Ausknopf so lange drücken, bis der Computer aus ist und wieder anmachen".

Ich habe das Gefühl, dass es oft kommt, wenn ich den Laptop aufklappe und Safari noch an war/ist. Ist das ein bekanntes Problem? Es nervt mich nämlich tierisch und mein Windows 7 PC ist mir seit release noch nicht 1x abgestürzt...

kommt bei mir so alle 2 Tage vor.

Schau mal nach einer solchen Kernel panik in die Log Dateien oder lasse dir den Bericht anzeigen, der beim nächsten Neustart angeboten wird, dort könnte man den Verursacher finden.
Programme/Dienstprogramme/Konsole,dort dann alle Meldungen oder den diagnosticreport

Hat mich 30 Euro im Media-Markt gekostet und steht sogar drauf, dass es mit Lion funktioniert.
