GPS für den iPod Touch

Hallo,
Ich wollte mal fragen, ob es irgendeinen GPS-Empfänger für den iPod Touch gibt. Da ich auch laufe sollte der Empfänger auch mit apps wie runtasic funktionieren.
ich habe übrigens ein iPod Touch 3G.

Es gibt das TomTom Car kit, der hat einen GPS Chip. Ist aber eigentlich für die Navigation gedacht, also bisi groß. Etwas anderes fällt mir grad nich ein..

Muss das TomTom Car kit nicht ständig aufgeladen werden, also das man das gar nicht z.B. zum laufen benutzen kann?

Edit: Ich hab mir das Teil gerade nochmal angeguckt und ich weiß nicht genau, ob das wirklich das ist, was du haben möchtest, aber du kannst es dir ja trotzdem mal angucken.

Das TomTom-Car-Kit benötigt permantente Stromversorgung. Solange im Bauchnabel keine 12V anliegen, wird das also nichts...

Weißt du ob man das modul mit jeder App werwenden kann?

Puh! Bei den Preisen kann man ja genausogut zu den Geräten von Garmin (ForeRunner) greifen. Da hat man dann auch gleich Herzfrequenzmessung inklusive.

Nein, das weiß ich leider nicht, ich kenne das Teil selber nicht und habe es auch nur durch Googlen gefunden...
Aber Banenbieger hat Recht, billig ist es nicht gerade.

Vielleicht steht ja irgendwo auf der Herstellerseite noch was zum Thema.

The Cradle, by design, will provide GPS coordinates to any app that requests it. Not all apps, however, are available or designed for the iPod touch. Unlike the iPhone, the touch, which does not have a network connection, may limit the use of apps which rely on the network connection to supply data.
Here is a simple checklist you can follow to determine if an app is right for use with the Cradle:



Step 1: Make sure that the app you are considering is available for download onto the iPod touch. The GPS Cradle is for the iPod touch only, and not for the iPhone. Some apps are only available for the iPhone, so if you cannot download an app onto an iPod touch, you will not be able to use it with the Cradle. This information is provided within the app description on iTunes. You can also check for compatibility by opening the App Store app on your touch and searching for the name of the application. If the app isn't found, then it isn't downloadable onto a touch -- even though you can see the app available on the iTunes store from your computer.



Step 2: Read the entire app description carefully to determine whether the app requires a network connection. If it does, most of the time it means that you will only be able to fully enjoy the app when in a WiFi hotspot. It doesn’t necessarily mean you shouldn’t use the app, but it could be that some features which rely on the network connection will not be available when you are not in a WiFi hotspot. Many location-based apps, including the NavAtlas US & Canada (which comes with the Cradle), TomTom and Navigon MobileNavigator do not
require a network connection, and you can fully enjoy them on your iPod touch with the Cradle.
