Hallo

Ich wollte steve schon lange mal ne Mail schreiben, und hae jetzt mal einen Text gemacht, und mit meinem Schulenglisch übersetzt. Könnte bitte mal jemand probelesen und überprüfen, ob ich das so richtig übersetzt habe?

Hier der Englische Text:

Hi Steve

I'm 15 years old and a big Apple-Fan. Since I bought my first MacMini 2006, I like Apple and won't buy anything from another Company.
But I know many People, that like to havea mac, but they aren't convinced by the quality. What's happens? An iBook G4 runs after a few Falls from 1 Meter high to a hard ground, it has no breaks or something, only a few little scratches.
Apple was a synonym for Quality and long life of the products.
But today, I read everyday, Breaks in MacBooks, iPhones and iPod touch, diagonally installed Home-Buttons and broken devices after a short time.

You say at every Keynote "Now for half the price!" but the Quality is also suffering about the price reductions.
I pay gladly a bit more, if i can be sure that I have a top-product, that has a life span of 4-7 years.

Because this, here some wishes/tips what can Apple make better_

- More Quality, the same quality like a few years ago.

- Some Products, for example iPod Headphones are a bit too expensive in Switzerland (50.- CHF)

- Don't neglect the computers because of the iPods and the iPhone.

- more "One more thing"s in Keynotes.

- white fits better to Apple than black, black is the colour of Dell and some PCs. Please more white iPods and Macs.

- More Revolution, a thin laptop (MacBook Air) isn't a revolution, even it's not bad.

- The software quality sunked. To do software half finished to the marked is not to good for the image.
The iPhone Software has some gaps, that can be the reason of some of my friends, to don't buy an iPhone (MMS, disconnectible text completion, bad camera, screenshots of inputs and more)

Apple is a great company, but when ist continues in such a way with the quality and the products, then i will switch sometime to PC again. Ant this i don't want to do.

Ich bin 15 Jahre alt und ein grosser Apple-Fan. Seit ich 2006 meinen eigenen MacMini gekauft habe, komme ich nicht mehr los von Apple. Aber ich kenne viele Leute, die zwar gerne einen Mac hätten, aber von der Verarbeitungsqualität nicht überzeugt sind. Was ist los? Ein iBook G4 meiner Eltern läuft noch nach mehreren Stürzen aus 1m Höhe auf Beton, es hat keine Risse, nur einige kleine Kratzer. Apple war vor 2 Jahren noch ein Synonym für Qualität und lange Lebensdauer.
Heutzutage lese ich immer wieder: Haarrisse im MacBook und im iPhone/iPod touch, schräg eingesetzte Home-Buttons bei iPhone/iPod touch und Defekte nach kurzer Zeit.
Jedoch verkündest du bei jeder Keynote "Now for half the price!".
Leider leidet darunter auch die Qualität.
Ich bezahle gerne ein bisschen mehr, wenn ich dafür ein Top-Produkt bekomme, von dem ich mindestens 4-7 Jahre Lebensdauer erwarten kann.

Deshalb hier einige Wünsche/Tipps, was Apple besser machen könnte:

- Qualität erhöhen, gleiche Qualität wie vor ein paar Jahren noch.

- Einige Produkte, wie z.B iPod-Kopfhörer sind doch etwas überteuert.

- Die Computer nicht wegen der iPods und iPhones vernachlässigen.

- mehr "One more thing"s bei Keynotes

- weiss passt besser zu Apple als schwarz, bitte wieder weisse iPods etc.

- mehr Revolution, ein dünnes Notebook (MacBook Air) ist kein Weltwunder, auch wenn es nichts schlechtes ist.

- die Softwarequalität ist auch gesunken, Produkte halbfertig auf den Markt zu bringen ist nichts gutes. (iPhone, MobileMe)
Die iPhone Software enthält auch Lücken, die für manche meiner Freunde ein Grund sind, kein iPhone zu kaufen. (MMS, keine abschaltbare Rechtschreibkorrektur, zu schlechte Kamera, Screenshotanfertigung von Eingaben etc.)

Apple ist eine tolle Firma, aber wenn es so weitergeht mit der Qualität und den Produkten, werde ich irgendwann wieder zu PCs mit Windows switchen.

Du kannst es so abschicken, es ist nicht perfekt aber dadurch sehr persönlich und es zeigt das du dir mühe gegeben hast.

Nur die Groß- und Kleinschreibung würde ich nochmals überarbeiten, .

Ich bezweifel, dass Apple sich den Brief "zu Herzen nehmen wird".
Aber da soviele Leute sich mittlerweile über die Qualität von Apple Produkten (hauptsächlich MacBooks?) beschweren könnte man ja mal wirklich eine Petition starten. Das würde wenn sich viele (und mit viele meine ich viele) zumindest die Chance haben was zu bewirken.

Aber solange Apples Marktanteile steigen wird das meiste eh zum scheitern verurteilt sein.

EDIT: Aber finds rührend, dass du dir die Mühe gegeben hast einen elektronischen Brief zu verfassen.

Ich glaube kaum, dass Steve Jobs sich dafür interessiert... Sorry, aber geh mal an ne Uni und besuche dort mal ein paar Wirtschaftsvorlesungen, dann wirst du schnell merken, dass es manchmal nicht um Qualität sondern einfach nur um Geld geht. Und da Apple auch nur ein Unternehmen ist, ist es deren Ziel natürlich Geld zu verdienen. Durch das Iphone und die IPods haben sie sicherlich ne Menge Reibach machen können und daher sind kleinere Softwaremängel nicht deren Problem...

Apple ist keine NP-Organisation, sondern mittlerweile ein Unternehmen, welches immer mehr Marktanteil gewinnt und dadurch dann auch gut und gerne mal die Qualität leidet.

ist doch pupsegal? soll er den brief abschicken, haetten mehr die courage so wuerde das durchaus kein tropfen auf den heißen stein sein.
normalerweise sollte ein jeder eine apple-aktie kaufen und die aktiennummer gleich in den brief dazupacken.
