[MBP Early 2011] "Blue Screen" beim Booten?

Hallo!

Gestern musste ich mich einige Stunden mit meinem MacBook Pro Early 2011 (OS X 10.8.5, 10.9) herumärgern. Als ich gerade in Windows 8 unterwegs war, stürzte das MacBook ab (hat es bisher noch nie gemacht) und es war mir danach auch nicht möglich, in OS X, Windows 8 oder von der Wiederherstellungspartition zu booten. Beim Auswählen von Windows 8 bzw. der Wiederherstellungspartition passierte gar nichts (außer ein schwarzer bzw. weißer Bildschirm), beim Starten von OS X bekam ich einen blauen Bildschirm mit lauter schwarzen senkrechten Streifen.

Ich machte dann einen Hardware-Test von der damals beigelegten Snow Leopard/Application-Disc und der fand einen Fehler im RAM: 4MEM/65/40000000: 0x83fa9518. Hab daraufhin mal den RAM (den ich vor rund einem Jahr gekauft habe) rausgenommen, und gegen den ursprünglichen RAM gewechselt. Problem blieb aber weiterhin bestehen. Dann hab ich gestern erst mal Schluss gemacht.

Habe heute morgen den Mac dann wieder gestartet: Noch immer dasselbe Problem. Habe dann erstmal SMC und PRAM zurückgesetzt und danach nochmal den ausführlichen Hardware-Test gemacht. Diesmal fand er keinen Fehler. Danach gebootet und jetzt bin ich in OS X, so als wäre nichts gewesen. Traue mich ehrlich gesagt jetzt aber nicht mal, den Mac neuzustarten.

Habt ihr schonmal von diesem Fehler (blauer Bildschirm mit schwarzen Streifen) gehört? Für mich hätte das ja am ehesten nach einem Problem mit dem Grafikchip geklungen. Aber warum konnte ich dann jetzt doch booten? Irgendwelche Tipps, was ich noch machen/probieren könnte?

OS X hat sich jetzt gerade komplett aufgehängt (konnte nur noch den Mauszeiger bewegen), nach einem Reboot funktioniert alles wieder normal. Argh.

Ich tippe auf die Festplatte, die sich langsam verabschiedet. Ähnliches verhalten zeigte sich vor ein paar Wochen bei meiner Freundin ihrer SSD. Zuletzt konnte ich ihr MBP aus dem Standby erwecken.
Bild war da, Mauszeiger lies sich bewegen, doch das System reagierte auf keine Aktion mehr. Der nächste Neustart meldete eine fehlende Platte.

Um den HDD-Defekt auszuschliessen, könntest du von einer externen Platte booten.

@ iThink: OS X läuft bei mir auf einer SSD (habe ich vor einem Jahr eingebaut, eine Samsung 830), Windows auf der HDD (die originale). Beim Verhalten des Absturzes dachte ich auch an einen Fehler mit HDD/SSD (hatte ganz am Anfang mit dem MacBook ein Problem mit einer fehlerhaften HDD). Der blaue Bildschirm beim Start macht mich halt stutzig... (der mittlerweile nicht mehr aufgetreten ist...).

Ok, wenn die Probleme bei SSD als auch HDD auftraten, dann ist es eher unwahrscheinlich, dass es an diesen liegen könnte.

Zumindest LittleSnitch scheint (mit) abgeschmiert zu sein (letzte Zeile des Logs).

Was ist denn dieser XPC error? Der tritt ja bei einer ganzen Reihe an Applikationen auf.

Mittlerweile lässt sich der Mac überhaupt nicht mehr hochfahren. Nur der Hardware-Test lässt sich - ohne Ergebnisse - durchführen.

Habe zahlreiche Threads in Apples Support-Foren gefunden, wo User genau dieselben Probleme bei ihren Early und Late 2011-Modellen haben. Im Gegensatz zum iMac 2011, der ebenfalls Probleme mit der GPU hatte, bietet Apple derzeit aber kein Austauschprogramm an. Werde am Montag mal bei Apple anrufen und die Probleme schildern. Ist bei mir nun innerhalb von ca. 3 Monaten der zweite Mac bei dem GPU/Logic Board eingehen. Zuletzt bei meinem MBP 2008 mit nVidia-Grafik - wäre der Fehler ein paar Monate zuvor passiert, hätte Apple ausgetauscht (gab ein Austauschprogramm bis Dezember letzten Jahres oder so). Sehr ärgerlich!

Hi Martin,

tut mir sehr leid mit deinem MBP. Ich hab auch Jahrgang Early 2011. Halt uns mal bitte weiter auf dem laufenden.
Nicht, dass das MBP Early 2011 auch zu zweifelhafter Berühmtheit kommt wie das 2008er mit nvidia.

Solche Dinge dürfen bei so teuer Verkaufter Hardware und dann noch von Apple einfach nicht vorkommen ...

Es gibt viel teurere Hardware, aber auch die ist vor Defekten nicht gefeit! Wichtiger ist eigentlich guter Support in so einem Fall und unkomplizierte Behebung des Problems! Das erwarte ich in so einem Fall von einem Premiumhersteller wie Apple!

Apple kann auch nicht zaubern und z.B. Serienfehler in Grafikchips können sie auch nicht riechen ...

So wie ich das mit bekommen habe sind solche Defekte auf schlechtes Material beim verlöten und/oder schlechte Lötstellen oder auch das die Dinger einfach zu heiß werden und deshalb die Lötstellen leiden zurückzuführen ...

Im Endefekt also schlechtes Hardware Design !

Für Lötstellen ist es tödlich wenn Bauteile an die 100 Grad heiß werden können ...

Das gab es auch ... gab aber auch den Serienfehler im Chip selbst.

Klar, gutes Hardwaredesign ist eine Welt für sich und nicht wirklich mal eben ne leichte Sache!
