Hallo zusammen,

mein iMac geht seit gestern nicht mehr in den Ruhezustand.

Bildschirm ist zwar schwarz aber im Hintergrund laufen die Lüfter.

Habe eben auf Ruhezustand beendet und nach gut 30 Min. laufen die Lüfter

immer noch.

Folgendes habe ich gemacht:

Gastbenutzer gleich

die Resets durch geführt.

viom Strom genommen

Festplatten rep.

Volumen über die Recovery

WLan unterbrochen und über Lan

Alles ohne Erfolg.

Kann einer der Spezis bitte mal über den EtreCheck schauen

ob etwas im Argen ist.

Vielleicht hast du zu wenig RAM? Dieser ist voll ausgelastet.

Nebenfrage. Brauchst du Java, MacFuse, Flip4Mac? Würde ich an deiner Stelle löschen.

Deine Spotlight-Suche dreht ein klitzeklein wenig frei. Lass den Mac ruhig mal paar Stunden laufen.
Hast du letztens was neu installiert?

Warum springst du noch bei 10.10.5 rum? :)

Zuerst solltest du mal den Apple Hardwaretest laufen lassen.

Eventuell hat sich ja einer der Lüfter verabschiedet bzw. dessen Sensor der nun Falschwerte ausgibt und somit die Luftersteuerung beeinflusst.

Beim Start des Mac "CMD + D" gedruckt halten. Ein einfacher Test sollte reichen, dennoch empfehle ich den ausführlichen Test.

Hallo, ich habe seit gestern plötzlich Probleme mit PDF-Dateien . Wenn ich sie in Vorschau öffnen möchte, dann sehen sie kryptisch streifig aus und das Macbook stürzt dann ab.

Bislang habe ich das Festplattendienstprogramm ausgefühhrt - FP geprüft und Zugriffsrechte repariert.

Aber irgend etwas stimmt immer noch nicht.
Findet die Spezialisten da etwas in meinem Etre-Check- Protokoll?

Was sind SMARTBoard und tectona - brauchst Du das noch?
Ansonsten würde ich das Adobe-Zeugs mal deinstallieren (nach Vorschrift) und sehen, ob es den Fehler weiterhin gibt.
OS X kann mit PDF von hause aus gut umgehen.

SMARTBoard ist ein interaktives Whiteboard. Das brauche ich beruflich.

Hab gerade nochmal probiert: mit der Vorschau.app gibt es diese kryptischen Bilder.
Mit AdobeReader geht es.

Bisher hatte ich nie Probleme - es trat gestern auf, nachdem ich allerhand Scans gemacht habe -große Dateien - und die als PDF gespeichert.

tectona kenne ich nicht - da schaue ich mal.

Anleitung zur Deinstallation der Adobesachen ist wo?

Vorschau hat mit der Software von Adobe aber nichts zu tun. Wie sehen denn die Bilder in QuickLook aus (Bild im Finder auswählen und Leertaste drücken)? Tritt der Fehler nur bei deinen Scans oder bei allen PDF-Dateien auf? Dass das System abstürzt hört sich schon nach einem tiefgründigeren Problem an. Vielleicht solltest du mal im Systemprotokoll nachschauen ob dort ein Eintrag zu finden ist. Wenn es nochmal passiert, die genaue Uhrzeit festhalten und in der Console-Anwendung links "system.log" auswählen und schauen was zu dem Zeitpunkt passiert ist.

Deine Time Machine scheint sich selbst zu reparieren. Oder es wird an einer anderen Platte gewerkelt. Zumindest ist der Memory und CPU Prozess zu hoch. Kannst du Time Machine problemlos nutzen?

1. Im Finder sehen die PDFs richtig aus - in Vorschau geöffnet gibt es den Kryptokram

2. eine andere PDF ließ sich problemlos mit Vorscghau öffnen ohne Krypto.
3. der Empfänger der 'verdächtigen' Datei konnte sie probklemlos öffnen.
Und auch auf meinem Iphone was sie okay.

- Deshalb krieg ich das ja nicht zusammen - was da los ist -

Timemaschine kann ich problemlos nutzen.


Zum System Log: ich kann das mit der Konsole alles anstoßen und+ auch aufrufen. Aber ich kann es leider nicht deuten.
Eben konnte ich den Absturz wieder simulieren. Nix geht da mehr. Und dann hilft nur den Einschaltknopf lange drücken.

System log posten? Jedenfalls den Bereich ab kurz vor dem Absturz?
Oder wie gehe ich vor?

Guten Abend, kurzes Update:
Ich habe die fraglichen PDFs gelöscht. Es waren Scans und deshalb könnte es da einen Konflikt gegeben haben.

Die Adobe-Teile habe ich deinstalliert. Ganz leicht ist das ja wirklich nicht.
Flashplayer ging mit Deinstallationprogramm.
Reader und irgendwelche Updater und Plugins gingen nur mit Eingriffen in Library und plist-Löschungen.

Seither hab ich schon mehrfach mit PDFs hantiert , ohne Probleme.

Herzlichen Dank für alle Tipps.

Deine Spotlight-Suche dreht ein klitzeklein wenig frei. Lass den Mac ruhig mal paar Stunden laufen.
Hast du letztens was neu installiert?

Warum springst du noch bei 10.10.5 rum? :)

Dein Tipp war richtig ,ich habe den Mac mal die ganze Nacht mit dem Lüftergeräusch laufen lassen.

Siehe da morgens war es wie immer i.O.Und seit tagen wieder so wie es sein sollte.

Hallo zusammen,

Das macbook pro meiner Schwester läuft seit kurzem extrem langsam, ich hab aber leider überhaupt keine Ahnung von OS X, also hoffe ich, ihr könnt weiterhelfen und findet was im Etre-Check-Protokoll. Reservieren da einige Applikationen zu viel RAM für sich?

Hallo und willkommen im Forum,

es sind so einige Dinge aus dem RAM gekillt worden. 8GB Arbeitsspeicher wären schon mal sehr gut.
Eine SSD würde dem MacBook Pro auch sehr gut tun. Das wäre nochmal ein ordentlicher Schub.

Ansonsten sehe ich da nichts Auffälliges.
